Excursion "Kuršėnai - through the eyes of a manor guest"

This is an invitation to embark on a journey through Kuršėnai – a city where the past is still alive in every corner. The tour “Kuršėnai – through the eyes of a manor guest” allows you to look at the city’s history and heritage not only in the language of facts, but also in the language of sensations. Each stop is a small discovery, reminding you that here traditions, legends and people’s hard work have shaped the city’s identity in the same way that potters shaped clay with their hands.

During this walk, you will visit the magnificent Church of St. John the Baptist, the monument to the Kuršėnai potters, Laurynas Ivinskis Square, one of the longest pedestrian bridges in Lithuania and, of course, the pride of the city - Kuršėnai Manor. Here you will hear not only historical facts, but also legends, stories, and small secrets of the town, which come to life when told by a guest of the manor.

This is more than a tour - it is a living encounter with cultural heritage, where the eyes see the beauty of architecture, the ears hear the echo of stories, and the heart touches the past. A journey that invites you to stop, listen, and feel the spirit of the city as a guest of the manor sees it.
